Fitness Class with Sensei Samantha

After Taking this class, you may need to call the pool boy to skim you out of your sweat. This bootcamp style class will require determination, intensity, and teamwork; all while done with a smile!


Class will consist of exercises taken from different styles such as: martial arts, calisthenics, plyometrics, sports based, and muscle endurance. A mixture of skill building and circuit training makes for a fun and challenging experience. Beginners and those with experience can participate in same class by modifying intensity of session. Burn the fat into muscle and kick all your fitness goals into high gear!

Kettlebell Training Class

A Russian strongman is referred to as a “Girevik,” which translates to “Kettlebell Man.” These handheld gyms are the key to increasing muscle strength and endurance, stripping fat away, increasing flexibility, and challenging all your muscles. Kettlebell movements plus body weight exercises will get your heart and the rest of your muscles pumping! If you have your own kettlebell, feel free to bring them in!

Come join us in the morning, let the sun warm your body through the open windows to slowly awaken your being with yoga poses, stretches, and gentle breathing while activating and energizing your muscles.
